Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of your deposit. No additional cancellation fee will be charged. Deposits A $25–$50 deposit, based on your service, is required to book a color appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your service total. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided.
